Everyone has a certain amount of body fat. It is an important feature of our

Layers of fat can be reduced using different treatments. The most effective are a controlled diet,
moderate exercise and massage. Liposuction is an expensive, intrusive procedure that has not been proved reduce
cellulite and is only recommended in the morbidly obese.
